This project involved a large, uniquely shaped garden that transitioned from wide to narrow, with one side stretching much longer than the other. We designed the space to make the most of its unusual layout, creating a garden that feels expansive and full of life.
- Permanent Seating Area: A seating area was built into a raised bed for a functional yet cosy spot, with a work surface on the opposite side for convenient BBQing.
- Circular Design: The entire garden was designed around circular shapes, guiding the flow and creating the illusion of endless paths, making the space feel even larger.
- Wildflower Meadow & Decked Seating Area: At the far end of the garden, a wildflower meadow hides a decked seating area, complete with a window installed in the balustrade to offer a view over the beautiful fields beyond.
This thoughtful design maximised the garden’s potential, using flowing shapes and clever features to create a dynamic and spacious outdoor environment, perfect for both relaxation and entertaining.
